Credit card payments - We accept credit card payments securely online through Pay Mate. You will need your order number and a valid credit card. A small transaction fee applies.

E-mail orders - please use your e-mail address as the order number.

Team photos - To pre-pay for your team photo, please write your envelope number as the order number. Record your transaction ID number on your envelope. Online payments for team photos must be made BEFORE photo day. Late payments after photo day will attract a $5 fee.

Late payments - Payments made after your last photo day are considered late payments and attract a $5 late fee. If you are making a late payment, make sure you include this fee or your order WILL NOT be processed.

Re-prints - Orders placed after photos have been delivered to your club are considered RE-PRINTS. All re-prints are $20 each and include postage anywhere in Australia. To order re-prints, please e-mail or phone your order through to us. Orders are not processed until full payment is received.
